Navis has partnered with an experienced healthcare veteran to build Aurelius Healthcare, a healthcare management platform in Southeast Asia. Dato Amir Firdaus has over 25 years of experience in Southeast Asia and the Middle East and has a stellar track record of delivering financial returns. He has assembled a proven and experienced senior leadership team.

Aurelius plans to build a portfolio of up to 6 tertiary hospitals in Southeast Asia, primarily through acquiring undermanaged assets and delivering superior returns through better management.

Since the investment, Aurelius has acquired its 1st hospital in Malaysia and tripled its profitability within 18 months by expanding its offerings, upgrading capacity, and better overall management. Aurelius has secured two other hospitals in Malaysia, bringing the portfolio to 500 beds once fully developed.
